Suggested use:

Exercise less than 60 minutes – Mix one scoop (32g) with 12 - 16oz of cold water. Consume 20 – 30 minutes prior to exercise.

60 – 90 minute exercise – Mix 2 scoops (64g) with 24 - 32oz of water. Consume half the mix 20 to 30 minutes before training/competition. Consume the remaining mix throughout competition, during breaks or rest periods.

90 or more minutes exercise – Consume one serving for every 90 minutes of training/competition to ensure proper hydration and glycogen replenishment.
